Q: How do I place an online order?
A: Click on the order tab, and place your order.
Q: When do orders ship out?
A: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. You must place your order by Tuesdays at 3:00 PM ET in order to guarantee your shipment goes out that week. If you place an order after that time, it is not guaranteed to go out until the following week (Monday-Wednesday).
Q: What if a flavor I want is sold out?
A: Wait for the restock on Wednesday!
Q: Do you sell out quickly?
A: If you know you 100% want ABB that week, and/or want a specific flavor, I recommend going on the site as soon as it restocks.
Q: Do you have a storefront?
Q: Is it shipping only?
A: Yes, unless I have a pick up week, which will always be announced on my Instagram.
Q: Do you ship out of state?
A: Yes. Nationwide shipping.
Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: No, not at this time.
Q: So does that also mean you don’t ship to Canada?
Q: But if I live in New York, why can’t I just pick it up?
A: Because I don’t have a storefront.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: 1-3 large loaves is a $15 flat fee. 3-5 large loaves is a $20 flat fee. 6 loaves and up is a $30 flat fee.
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: Because it's a freshly baked product that needs to be shipped in the least amount of days possible in order to stay in good condition by the time it gets to you.
Q: Your prices seem high. Why is that?
A: ABB is a specialty product. We use only fresh, real ingredients in order to keep the product just as good as when Allie used to bake it with her grandma.
Q: Do you ever do pickups?
A: I try to do pop ups at locations around the city for local people every once in a while, especially around holidays. This information will always be announced on my Instagram. Follow for updates! @alliesbananabread
Q: Can you freeze ABB?
A: Yes! ABB freezes incredibly well. You can freeze ABB for up to 5 months. To defrost, take your ABB out of the freezer the night before you're planning to give it to someone/serve it. Let it defrost at room temperature.
Q: What day should I order ABB if I'm planning to give it to a friend for their birthday in 'X' amount of days?
A: For this, I recommend just buying the ABB as soon as you can to guarantee you get it for your friends birthday. You can just freeze it and take it out the night before you want to give it it to them. I promise it will taste just as fresh as it was the first day I baked it :)
Q: Is your stuff sold anywhere?

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: 1-3 business days from the day it ships.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yep! Once your package(s) reaches its first scanned destination, you will get an email with the tracking number. That means you will most likely get your shipping confirmation the day after it ships.
Q: What if I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address? Or if I need to cancel my order? Help!
A: If you put in the wrong shipping address or made any other mistakes in your order, you must email email@example.com IMMEDIATELY with all information that needs to be changed. Shipping labels are paid for and printed within 30 minutes of placing your order, so if you fail to email right away, you will need to pay for another shipping label. Q: What if I placed more than one order to the same place and I want to consolidate them? Can I get refunded for shipping, too?
A: Same as above. Any ordering issues must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY. If we notice you placed multiple orders while we are packaging, we will try and consolidate them regardless. But at this point, all labels have been paid for. Q: Are you kosher certified?
A: Not yet.
Q: What size are your loaves?
A: Our regular sized loaves are made in a pan that is 8.5" x 4.5" x 2.75" & our mini loaves are made in a pan that is 3"x 5.74" x 2.12"
Q: Is it safe to eat ABB if I have nut allergies?
A: ABB is manufactured in a facility that also manufactures tree nuts and peanuts. Therefore, if you plan to get a flavor without nuts, please keep this in mind. If you don’t usually eat things that are also manufactured in a facility with nuts, I suggest not eating ABB.
Q: I was so excited to get my banana bread, but I think it might’ve gone bad by the time it got to me!
A: I’m sorry to hear that! This doesn’t happen often, but don’t eat it if you think it’s gone bad! We ship fresh food, so that means there’s always a chance it can go bad during transit. If by the time you receive your ABB, you notice anything out of the ordinary, please get rid of it, email us, and we will send you a new one as soon as possible.
